I have to go with the ritual forced abortion scene in Cannibal Holocaust. Really I could pick many scenes from that movie...but that one stuck with me the most. They pull the fetus out and bury it by the river, then they bash the woman in the head a bunch of times with stones. I think it was a punishment for infidelity or some other "crime."

The scene where the torturer cuts off the guys fingers then sews them together as a necklace type thing and puts them round his neck in Grotesque is rather hard to stomach. Then again, the whole movie is pretty hard to stomach in all fairness.

I think it was in Hostel 2 where a girl was hung upside down over a bathtub. There was another woman bathing in the blood that was draining down on her.

You know, I have seen the most ****ed up **** of the most ****ed up ****. However, to this day, only one film has actually even remotely scared me with gore. That would be the grotesque piece of crap called Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma. Now, to be fair, it isn't as graphic as most films I've seen, eg. August Underground or the Aftermath-trilogy, but it is the simple cruel nature of everything that thoroughly disturbs me and stirs up hate. For example, in one scene the three men responsible for the kidnapping of nine boys and nine girls into a remote castle make them bark and walk around on all fours like dogs. Then they feed them dog food. One of them takes a piece of cheese cake and sticks a nail into it. Then he gives it to one of the girls, who eats it but the nail impails her palate and she screams in pain as all the men laugh. This type of violence, even though not overtly graphic, truly bothers me because of the whole lack of context to it. I hate this movie and it makes me damn sick.

A movie that made me physically sick after watching it was Terry Gilliam's TideLand both unsettling in story and visuals, this movie had my stomach churning. The scene where a dead Jeff Bridges gets stuffed by a crazy old taxidermist while his daughter watches, no, helps, has continued to haunt me.

I was about to say irriversable but as thats taken it has to be a clockwork orange.
All the rape scenes and the 'singing in the rain' The worst one is when they are on that stage and they are raping and kicking the girl. Plus i hate things being in eyes, people poking them and such so that contraption keeping his eyes open while watching the film made me very uncomfortable. |

I remember during one one of the battle scenes in Gangs of New York when someone fish hooked a guys face, that made me cringe.

One scene that always got to me was in 'The Cell'. I forget if it was Vince Vaughn or Vincent D'Onofrio (pretty sure Vince Vaughn) gets his intestines tied to this rolling gear kinda thing and it slowly turns, pulling out his intestines. That for some reason always made me uneasy in the stomach.
